The photographs you send

They stay yours. By sending them you confirm you are allowed to — that you took them, or that whoever did has said you may use them and have them worked on. If a photographer holds the rights and has not agreed, we cannot work on that image, and it is better to find that out now than after delivery.

We use them for one thing: the work you asked for. They are not used as examples, not shown to anyone else, and not put in front of anybody as a sample of what we do.

The images we deliver

Yours, outright, for any use — listings, advertising, print, social, resale of the property, handing them to an owner or to a platform. No licence to renew, no credit required, no limit on how long or where. We keep no claim over them.

Showing the work

No image of yours appears on this site or anywhere else unless you say it may, in writing, for that image. Say yes once and change your mind later, and it comes down.

What we will not do

The list in Services is part of this: nothing added that is not there, no room made larger, no damage or fixture removed, no invented aerial shots, and motion made from a still photograph labelled as such. If a request crosses that line, we say no and say why.

If it comes back wrong

Tell us. Say what is off when the set arrives and we work from your notes until it is right. If a photograph cannot be rescued honestly, we say so rather than taking the work on.
