What we do with what you send.

Who is responsible

AUREN is Nihal Reddy, working from Hyderabad, India. There is no company behind it; the person who reads your enquiry is the person responsible for it. Write to theaurenprojectx@gmail.com about anything on this page.

What the form collects

The enquiry form asks for five things, of which two are required:

• Your name and email address — required, so there is somewhere to reply.
• A link to the listing or to your photographs — optional.
• Which service you are asking about, and anything else you want to say — optional.

Nothing else is collected. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no tracking pixels, so nothing is recorded about you unless you type it into that form and press send.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to do the work. That is the only use. You are never added to a mailing list, and your details are never sold, shared or passed to anyone outside the list below.

The lawful basis is the step you asked for: you sent an enquiry and we are answering it. Where that framing does not apply, the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

Who else touches it

• Formspree — the form service the enquiry is posted to. It holds a copy and forwards it by email.
• Cloudflare — serves this site and runs the code behind the form. It handles the request; it does not keep the contents.
• Google (Gmail) — the mailbox the reply comes from and your enquiry lands in.

All three are outside India, so your enquiry is processed abroad. No one else receives it. If that list changes, this page changes with it.

Your photographs

The form asks for a link to your photographs, not the files. Nothing is uploaded here, and a link you paste is only read by the person answering you.

If you go on to send files, they are used to do the work you asked for and for nothing else. Ask at any point what has been done with them, or ask for them to be deleted, and you will get a straight answer.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for two years, so a conversation can be picked up where it left off, and then deleted. Ask for yours to go sooner and it goes sooner — there is no process to go through and no reason to argue about it.

What you can ask for

A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion. Also: to object to it being held at all, and to have it sent to you in a form you can take elsewhere. Write to theaurenprojectx@gmail.com or message +91 93912 30481. You will hear back within two working days.
